How long does it take you to be operational?

I've been told by several clients that I'm quick to adapt and learn. It generally takes me a few days to get up and running once I’ve been trained on your processes. 😋

Do you work with your own tools?

Every company has its own set of processes and technology. I adapt to you, not the other way around. I work with your tools and in your environment.

You can't possibly know every single CAT and project management tool, can you?

With each new client, I learn—and, ultimately, master—new tools. Most industry tools are similar in terms of the underlying logic, and with a decade of experience behind me, I am a quick study.

How many languages do you speak?

I speak French, English, and Spanish. I can speak and write all three (just not at the same time!).
